Journal Your Worries Away
One of the stress management tricks and tips I give to my clients is to grab a journal any time a stressful moment pops up. Write down every emotion you are feeling and don't judge yourself for feeling the emotion. Once you write it all out and get it off your chest you can choose to read it or crumple it up and throw it away. It's your choice.
