I have been teaching fitness classes for over 14 years and have worked with well over 200 people teaching them how to safely exercise and enjoy it. It is my pride and joy to see the difference in everyone’s strength and flexibility, even while viewing on a screen and not in person. The investment for unlimited monthly classes is $100, valued at $320.
I teach 8 classes per week and record 5/8 for you to use at your convenience.
Pilates exercises use controlled movement of all muscle groups in the body. It can build strength, improve flexibility and endurance in the entire body as well as calm the central nervous system by using deep breath work. The priority is to promote body alignment, strong core and balance. This program will provide beginner to advanced modifications. There will be some aspects of Ballet and T’ai Chi movements put into the class as well as toning the arms and legs.
Tools you will need: yoga mat/blanket, free weights (cans of soup or bottled water), pillow or light ball.
The Power Stretch class is a combination of strength training, Pilates and yoga to help strengthen the body as well as stretch it out. The combination of distinct breath work will help you target each specific body area as well as strengthen your core, balance and create more flexibility in your whole body. Each body part will be thoroughly stretched and lengthened after working it out. This program will provide beginner to advanced modifications.
Tools you will need: yoga mat/blanket, free weights (cans of soup or bottles of water), pillow or light ball, towel or paper plates.
Essentrics ® is a dynamic workout based on the theories of Miranda Esmonde-White that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and lean, long muscles. It is a full body technique that works through the muscle chains, liberating and empowering the muscles, relieving them from tension in the process. A completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of T’ai Chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet and Pilates that create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body.
Tools you will need: yoga mat, blanket or pillow, belt or yoga strap
The Essentrics® classes cannot be recorded, but all others will be recorded and a link will be sent to you in case you cannot join at the scheduled time. This way you can do your workout at your convenience.
