Journal Your Worries Away
One of the stress management tricks and tips I give to my clients is to grab a journal any time a stressful moment pops up. Write down every emotion you are feeling and don't judge yourself for feeling the emotion. Once you write it all out and get it off your chest you can choose to read it or crumple it up and throw it away. It's your choice.
If you choose to read it, you may just discover that you really aren't frustrated by something, but instead afraid or scared of what the outcome may be. You may not be angry with a situation, but instead sad or confused about what is happening. There are so many different emotions, once you are able to discover what the real emotion is, you can deal with the stress at hand.
