Your Vision

A friend of mine put together a vision board party for us using Feng Shui properties to create our vision of what we want our year to look like. It’s been awhile since I’ve done a vision board and I have never done one using the Feng Shui technique, so I was excited to see how to do it.

I was able to set my intentions for this year on different areas of my life that correlated to Feng Shui. Part of the board held an area for my personal life another area was for my home, another area for my health another area was dedicated to my spirituality and another area was dedicated to my career. The center was what would be my complete intention for the year. I was so excited to find a picture of the world and the statement; “Empower Women Entrepreneurs” that fit so perfectly in this space.

This Feng Shui concept is a great way to ensure that my intentions are on the right path and that I know I will accomplish them by looking at my vision board throughout the year.

When making our intentions, we used the SMILE technique. Is your goal/intention Sincere, Mindful, Intentional, Loving and Encouraging?

I made sure my intentions followed this “rule” and I made my intentions very achievable. That way, when I accomplish them I can add on to the goal and move forward with that intention.

Some of the things I put on my vision board included more vacation and family time along with speaking more and expanding my message globally

What are some of your intentions for 2019?
